Treasurer’s Report, Heidi Vestre:
Up more than 12k for the year, without the final Sunday in May deposit accounted for. Treasurer will be submitting finance report to Harquin CPA a month behind in order to account for work on the church’s end. Shelley Binkley makes motion to approve. Clarence Sidwell seconds. Motion approved.
Trustees Committee Report, Clarence Sidwell:
Estimates for painting and carpet are being coordinated to accommodate both upgrades at the same time. There will need to be a trustees committee meeting to approve estimates and coordinate work.
Pastor’s Report, Dan Wells:
BBQ by the river was a resounding success. The event only cost the church $250. It was discussed in the finance committee meeting that next year, the church can utilize the $1000 annual mission fund from the CD to pay for more or bigger named musical acts to headline the event.
Camp Kaleo VBS has been set for July 10-12. A meeting was held this past Wednesday to discuss volunteer opportunities. More information on how others can get involved will be offered this coming Sunday in the bulletin and website.
JAM Youth group will continue throughout the summer.
Finance Report, Paul Medaugh:
Paul sat in on annual conference and apportionments will not change for 2023. From a lay delegate perspective, Paul reported that there will be new district boundaries set within the West Ohio Conference.
Membership Report, Bruce Kurtz:
No report
Staff Parish Relations Committee, Shelley Binkley:
Annual review will need to be conducted.
Mission Team Report, Becky Sidwell:
Clothing Bank is serving a large amount of people, many of whom are new to the clothing bank. Lots of donations are being given to the clothing bank. Organization crew works on Mondays and Wednesdays at 10am.
Old business:
Benefit dinner for the Craddock’s on July 24.
